Flow-Less contains a special combination of pumpkin seed extract and soy isoflavones that has been shown to support healthy bladder function, help reduce occasional urinary urgency, and promote sleep satisfaction.* EFLA® 940 is a special water-soluble pumpkin seed extract that has no rancidity and increased stability and solubility. SoyLife is a non-GMO, patent-protected soy germ extract containing standardized isoflavones and other phytonutrients.

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, 1 capsule three times daily for the first two weeks. After two weeks, take 1 capsule two times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
