Well Mind was formulated by Daniel Beilin, OMD. It provide St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) standardized to 0.3% hypericin. It also includes extracts of kava kava, valerian, passion flower, and schisandra, as well as gotu kola and zinc salts.

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 capsules one to three times daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Sensitive individuals may want to take with food.

CAUTION: Use only under the guidance of a healthcare practitioner during pregnancy and with children. Avoid moderate to heavy sunlight exposure while taking any St. John's Wort product. May cause drowsiness; use with caution when driving or performing tasks that require alertness.
