On July 23, 2007, we implemented this redesigned web site with many new features:

• Patient Participation Program lets your patients order directly from us, and you get paid

Want to order from one alphabetical list?

If you preferred the order page on the old ARG site (all products ordered from one alphabetical list), there is a way to do that on our new site. After you log in, look in the left navigation area for an additional link, "A-Z Order List". (The list has several hundred products, so this page may take a bit longer to load.)

Patient Participation Program (PPP)

You can now authorize your patients to order directly from us, once we have verified they are in your Patient Participation Program. Your patients will receive a discounted price, and you will receive a commission on everything they order. Please see the Doctors page for more information. If you are ready to get started, please contact Customer Service with your ARG Professional Account number, to get set up on the PPP.

Re-Order with Ease

You can now easily recreate all or part of a previous order:

• Click on My Account (top-right corner, after you are logged in)
• Click on Order History, then Search
• Click on the relevant order, which opens it.
• Click on the "Add Order to Cart" button.

As usual, after that other products can be ordered, quantities changed, etc. As you accumulate order history in the new cart, you will find that this feature makes ordering much faster.

Did you shop on the previous ARG site?

Online accounts on our previous web site just had usernames and passwords, so we created full online accounts for all customers who have been active on the previous site during the last three years. Your previous username remains the same, but old passwords may not work. If this happens to you, please use Password Recovery to quickly get a new password. When you log-in the first time, you can immediately get a new password of your own. It only takes a minute or two – plus you will have a more secure password that you can remember!
