US Orders
UPS Ground shipping to the 48 US contiguous states is FREE for orders totaling $200 (after discounts). Orders totaling $200 or less will incur a $7.50 shipping charge. Upgrades to UPS Second Day or Next Day are available. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is via UPS Air. |

International Orders
International shipping charges that appear in the shopping cart are automatic estimates only, and may significantly differ from actual shipping costs. Once your order is successfully placed online, please call or email us for shipping information on your order. We do not offer estimates for duties your shipment may incur. |

Heat Sensitive Products
We ship our heat sensitive products Next Day Air to insure quality and potency upon arrival during the summer months. We will pay 50% of the Next Day Air shipping charges for your heat sensitive orders. Customers who choose to have their products shipped otherwise agree to take full responsibility for the condition of the products they order. Shipping in a styrofoam cooler on ice incurs an additional $10.00 charge to the customer. These products are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only, “Signature Required”, or you can waive signature and take full responsibility for the condition of the product upon arrival. These extra shipping charges will NOT appear in the shopping cart.
