Registration

By creating an "online account", you confirm that you are either a Doctor who has already established a Professional account with us, or you are a Patient of such a Doctor. You understand that when you create an account, you will NOT be able to shop online until we confirm and authorize your status as stated above. This can take up to 2 business days, or in some cases, longer.

If we cannot confirm your status, your online account information will be deleted without further notice.

Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction. If during the first 30 days after you order your product, you wish to return it, please Contact Us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please have your invoice number ready. All returns must have an RA number issued within 30 days of the invoice. All returned products must have 1 full year left on the expiration date. No expired products may be returned. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges.
