Allergy Research Group FAQ

What is microcrystalline cellulose derived from and what is it purpose in your products?

Microcrystalline cellulose is initially derived from the vegetable cellulose fibers of pine tree bark and is considered a dietary fiber. It is used minimally in the encapsulation of our products to fill in the space when the volume of the ingredients is less than the volume of the capsule and a smaller volume capsule size would be too small.
