MAP Policy (Allergy Research Group Minimum Advertised Price)

The Minimum Advertised Price is the price that is set for each Allergy Research Group (ARG) product on our current Suggested Retail Price List. The Minimum Advertised Price Policy is unilateral, and is not subject to being negotiated with individual Allergy Research Group practitioner-customers.

The MAP policy applies to practitioner-customers who resell Allergy Research Group products online, including practitioners who own, operate, or manage online e-storefronts, websites, clinics, or pharmacies.

Allergy Research Group practitioner-customers should be aware that it is a violation of the MAP policy to advertise below the ARG suggested retail price but the final unadvertised sale price to their patients/consumers remains at the practitioner – customer’s discretion.

The MAP Policy prohibits volume discounts or other promotional practices that would cause the unit price to be advertised at less than the designated Suggested Retail Price. The MAP policy applies to the advertised price of every Allergy Research Group product in any and all media, including, flyers, posters, coupons, emails, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, Internet, and television.

Allergy Research Group reserves the right to discontinue selling its dietary supplement products to any customer who is affiliated with a website that is violating Allergy Research Group’s MAP policy. A violation of Allergy Research Group's MAP policy will almost always result in the suspension of the customer's account.

When a practitioner has failed to comply with the MAP policy, an ARG representative will notify the practitioner via telephone or email of the violation, and a “hold” may be placed on the practitioner – customer’s account until the online pricing has come into compliance. If a practitioner – customer repeatedly violates the MAP policy, Allergy Research Group reserves the right to permanently revoke the practitioner – customer’s wholesale purchasing privileges and, in particular instances, to terminate the practitioner’s account.

We appreciate your support of this effort and assure you that we will be monitoring the internet and working hard on your behalf to enforce this policy.  And as always, please feel free to contact our Customer Support Team if you have any questions @ 1-800-545-9960.
