At Allergy Research Group, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Allergy Research Group product sold under the Allergy Research Group brands (Allergy Research®, NutriCology®, Metabolic Maintenance®, MethylPro®) listed at www. AllergyResearchGroup.com, www.NutriCology.com, www.metabolicmaintenance.com or www.methylpro.com that you purchased from Allergy Research Group or an authorized seller in the United States, we’ll send you a replacement product or provide a refund.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Allergy Research Group 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is limited to original, consumer purchasers in the United States. Guarantee requests must be made within 60 days of your original purchase.

If you purchased from one of the Allergy Research Group ecommerce websites:

To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us by calling 800-545-9960. You will be asked to provide your order number and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product.  You may also be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging or provide other information to assist Allergy Research Group in assessing your request.

If you purchased from an Allergy Research Group Authorized Seller:

Please return your product to the authorized seller from whom you purchased it.  If you are unable to resolve your request with the authorized seller from whom you purchased it, please contact us by calling 800-545-9960.  Please have available information regarding where and when you purchased your product, and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product.  You will be required to provide proof of purchase and may be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging or provide other information to assist Allergy Research Group in assessing your request.

Guarantee Guidelines

Allergy Research Group reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Allergy Research Group concludes that the purchaser has abused the Allergy Research Group 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  Allergy Research Group may amend or terminate the Allergy Research Group 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
