Magnesium (as Magnesium Chloride): 66.5 mg

Distilled Water, lactic acid, potassium sorbate.

As a dietary supplement, take ½ teaspoon mixed in 8 - 10 oz. of liquid, three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

If you are pregnant or lactating, have any health condition or are taking any medication, consult your healthcare practitioner before use.

Shake product prior to mixing. Variation of magnesium chloride recrystallization may occur and is safe to consume.

Store in a cool, dry place, tightly capped, away from light. Keep out of the reach of children. Use only if safety seal is intact. Variations in product color may occur.
