ARG Announces Webinar on Endocannabinoids, Essential Fatty Acids, and Bioregulation

April 18, 2019

Allergy Research Group announces its upcoming webinar on Endocannabinoids, Essential Fatty Acids, and Bioregulation. The live webinar will take place on Wednesday, May 22nd at 3:00 PM PST.

Join us with Evan DeMarco to learn more about how the endocannabinoid system and essential fatty acids work together in the body to regulate neuroinflammation, mood, and the stress response. Additionally, the role that emerging technology plays in new product development as well as the current legal landscape of the non-psychoactive compounds found in hemp will be discussed.

The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is comprised of cannabinoid receptors, endogenous lipid-based ligands (binding molecules) for those receptors, and enzymes that synthesize, degrade, and regulate the ligands. The ECS regulates homeostasis through a wide variety of molecular and biochemical mechanisms, including intercellular signaling to blunt excessive responses. The ECS has been demonstrated as pivotal in the regulation of perceived sleep, mental stress, neuroendocrine status, emotional control, and pain sensation. Phytobioactive compounds derived from agricultural hemp may play important roles in regulating the ECS. Similarly, omega-3 status also impacts cellular function and inflammation, and supplementation with EPA and DHA in combination with phytobioactive compounds derived from hemp may provide synergistic benefits in the optimization of the ECS.

Evan DeMarco is a sports medicine and nutrition expert, published author, public speaker, and frequent guest on television, radio, and digital platforms. He is a successful entrepreneur whose interest in diet, health, and supplements began as an athlete and consumer determined to improve an industry that was going through massive transformation. Currently, Evan serves as the Director of Market Development at The KD Pharma Group.

A special discount offer on Allergy Research Group products will be revealed to live attendees before the webinar ends.

We hope you can join us live on May 22nd at 3:00 pm PST. If not, don’t worry, signing up will still grant you access to the webinar recording.
